Methodological bases for solving problems of education and socialization of personality of learners in the system of secondary vocational education

The article is devoted to answers to questions: what is the education of learners in the system of formation of general and professional competencies, and what are the basic methodologically signifi cant foundations for the implementation of this process. The starting position in the article is an understanding, that upbringing is an integral part of education. In this case, we have the right to consider upbringing as a component of a holistic education system, as an interconnected purposeful activity of the educator and the educated person, which ensures the formation and development of individually and socially signifi cant personality traits.
