Methodological bases of integrated approach to the organization of communicative and legal education of the modern expert in higher education institution

In article the problem of modern professional education as the element of personal culture organized with due consideration of democratic tendencies answering to a new civilization era is considered. Professional activity in the conditions of quickly changing society sets certain risks to overcoming of which the university graduate has to be ready. An attempt to apply in a new way the principles of integrated approach to the solution of vocational training problems of future experts as linguistic identity is made. Need of communicative and legal education integration for the purpose of complete outlook formation of future expert capable to stand against professional risks is proved. Results of the longitudinal research reflecting specifics of current problems consideration in the field of professional pedagogics are given and this is a search of personality formation in modern pedagogical system. The integrity in education can be reached be cross-disciplinary synthesis that explains the sense of the idea stated in the article, about an opportunity and expediency of carrying out researches on a joint of sciences and subjects expanding the purpose of the pedagogical system. It is proved that the feeling of discomfort of the university graduate in this or that professional situation is caused by lack of bonds between several types of education (the requirement of time) integration of which provides balance of an organism in the external environment. Legal education by means of special disciplines provides formation of legal consciousness for realization of yourself as a subject of legal activity. As legal activity is implemented by ways of communication, the foreign language becomes a didactic condition of student communicative competence formation (communicative education). The methodological ideas stated in the article allow to select means of formation of expert professionally significant properties who is integrated into world educational environment.
