Methods for assessing the quality of social public services in the context of the development of the social service system in the Kyrgyz Republic

Assessing the quality of public social services is a key task of modern social policy. The experiential nature of services and the influence of subjective factors complicate the development of objective indicators, making a comprehensive approach necessary. This article examines process-oriented and results-oriented methods, with particular attention to the “welfare production” approach, which evaluates the contribution of services to social outcomes. The study concludes that evidence-based quality assessment improves social policy effectiveness and the quality of life of vulnerable groups in the Kyrgyz Republic.
