Ways of developing professional reflection in future psychologists at the university

The study addresses the issue of developing a professional reflection in future experts by a case study of students earning a Master’s Degree in Psychology. Reflective activity and reflective environment are the priorities for the reflection development among young specialists. These priorities are implemented during different work studies and internships. Keeping reflective diaries and writing essays are very important as they help students analyze their abilities, knowledge, skills, identify their interests in practical activity with a profession in the real world. The study reveals that Master’s Degree students start to view themselves in the profession in another way through the reflection of professional activity. They comprehend and realize the process of reflection as well. The research proves that students are aware of their career choice to be a psychologist.
