Currently, there is a problem with the certification of project management specialists. In this regard, it becomes relevant to evaluate the process of determining the compliance of a specialist's professional knowledge with the established requirements of international organizations in the field of project management. In this paper, the features of international certification of specialists in the field of project management, in the current political conditions, are studied. This study assesses the benefits of international certification of specialists, and also proves the assertion that internationally recognized certification shows that a person meets the requirements of a successful project manager. The findings are important both for project managers, business owners, and for the recruitment and adaptation department in the field of project management.
