Intercultural communication in the conditions of the modern Russian university: the main principles of the organization and implementation of the international festivals

The article deals with the basic principles of the organization and implementation of the festivals with the participation of the Russian and foreign citizens. The author demonstrates the training stages and the project’s implementation. There are evaluated the prospects of its further development. There is substantiated that these events are considered as one of the means of the increase of the efficiency of the educational work with foreign students and encourage the implementation of the process of the intercultural communication in the international environment.
