Intercultural teaching in higher education: method of participation management

Main concepts of modernizing higher professional education as a whole and language education in particular are discussed. Specifics of intercultural communication in the higher school is defined, its goals and tasks are defined and the problem of managing the process is focused. Management is considered as participation, the necessity of theoretical basis and methodology of participative management as a strategy of intercultural targeted education is proved.
