The interparadigmal approach to the problem of personal-professional deformations among the teachers

The interparadigmal analysis of the problem of the teacher’s personal-professional deformations is presented in the article. This approach is considered advisable because something that is normal for a teacher who works within the humanities paradigm is a digression from the norm for a teacher who works within the technocratic paradigm. But the researcher himself is also a supporter of one or the other named paradigm. This adherence determines his interpretations of the teacher’s activity. In author’s opinion the interparadigmal approach is a prerequisite for the maximum possible objective analysis of the phenomenon of personalprofessional deformations.
