The aim of the research was to increase the efficiency of broiler chickens growing by using multidirectional feed additives. The research was conducted in the poultry research and production laboratory (Educational and Scientific Innovation Center “Agrotechnopark”) of Belgorod State Agrarian University named after V.Gorin on Ross 308 broiler chickens, which were divided into three groups: control (I-K) and experimental groups (II, III). Birds of all groups received the basic diet corresponding to the age of the bird, and in addition to basic diet, in groups II and III, from days 5 to 38 and from days 22 to 29, respectively, a set of feed additives was introduced: “Ent-Oil Idroruzh NM” at a dose of 0.50 g/l of water and “Nufoker R” at a dose of 1.0 g/kg of feed. Long-term feeding of the additives “Ent-Oil Idroruzh NM” and “Nufoker R” showed an insignificant advantage over the shortterm. Survival in groups II and III was 100.0% and 98.3% (in the control 96.7%) with a reliable increase in live weight by 15.5% and 12.9%, and feed costs per 1 kg of gain decreased by 13.3% and 11.0%, respectively. Introduction of the complex of additives into the diet excluded opportunistic microorganisms (Staphylococcus epidermidis and Escherichia coli hemolytic) from the chyme of the caecum and contributed to the increase of Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium. Long-term feeding of additives contributed to a reliable increase in dry matter and crude protein in the pectoral muscles and dry matter in the thigh muscles relative to the control. Short-term use of additives significantly increased crude protein relative to the control and did not affect the level of dry matter in the studied muscles.
