Russia-descendant non-Russia-based communities in the scientific-knowledge and cultural context of Russian in late 1980-2000s cultural dialogue

The article deals with the evolution of the vision that the Russia-descendant community based out of Russia communicated through scientific literature, mass media, and Russian public opinion at different stages of democratic reforms. The author draws conclusions concerning the establishment of scientific objective vision of the Russia-descendant non-Russia-based community at the turn of the 21 st century and the development of a comprehensive informational and social/cultural dialogue between Russia and emigrants from Russia.
