Scientific and production experience was carried out to study the peculiarities of growth, feeding and meat qualities of cross-bred bull-calves in comparison with clean-bred animals. In recent years, in order to improve the genetic potential of the milkiness of the Schwyz breed, the first-generation of Holstein-Schwyz bull-calves have been used in crossbreeding. The study of the possibility of maximally preserving feeding and meat qualities of cross-breed Schwyz bull-calves was envisaged by research.
