Model of preparing future specialists of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for interpersonal communication in the educational process of the university

Interaction and cooperation in the modern world are becoming priorities for law enforcement agencies. The format of practical implementation of interpersonal communication at universities has undergone significant transformation in recent decades. In particular, the quality of extracurricular activities, influencing the development of personality of future specialists of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs has changed dramatically. Methods and forms applied in work with subjects of education in extracurricular activities have also transformed. The paper suggests directions of extracurricular activities as part of the educational process (on-the-job training, scientific research; professional and moral education, cultural development; physical culture and health activities). The model and educational conditions influencing the process of preparing future specialists of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs for interpersonal communication in the educational process of universities are presented. The given model makes it possible to effectively organize extracurricular activities of cadets in a multinational educational environment to prepare them for understanding other people and establishing interpersonal contacts. In the process of teamwork and individual activities in the educational environment, cadets become not only active, but also interacting participants in the educational process.
