Model for counter-terrorism world outlook formation among the troops of national guard of the Russian Federation in professional education

The paper discusses the problem of counter-terrorism world outlook formation among military personnel who are serving under contract as sergeants and soldiers in National Guard of the Russian Federation. Modern terrorism in this study is considered as a socio-cultural phenomenon that has a huge impact on the modern world, society and individual’s outlook. The last one is formed in the vital activities, based on the experience of interaction with other members of society and the actual reality. The author reveals the category of the individual’s outlook position, introduces concepts such as the counter-terrorism world outlook and its formation among the military personnel of National Guard. In addition, the author has developed a model for the formation of such a position. The military personnel of the National Guard of the Russian Federation as an integral part of Russian society, which is affected by the negative processes taking place in the country. This should be taken into consideration by all the officials in organizing professional education of soldiers. According to the author, the phenomenon of terrorism may have a negative influence on the philosophical position on counter-terrorism world outlook, which ultimately can affect the readiness of the military to carry out service combat tasks. In this regard, this paper substantiates the need to develop pedagogical support for the formation of a counter-terrorism world outlook in the process of professional education among the military personnel who are doing military service under a contract in the National Guard of the Russian Federation.
