The article presents the model of formation of professional readiness of the teacher-musician to the development of the musical language of the works of the late XX - early XXI century on the basis of the hermeneutic approach, which includes critical components: goal; goals; object; subject; theoretical-methodological bases, which is a substantial core of the new pedagogical decisions; and teaching tools (methods, techniques, technologies, educational resources, etc.); organizational and pedagogical conditions; measuring instruments etc. the Main theoretical-methodological basis of this pedagogical model is the hermeneutic approach. However, the use of only one hermeneutical approach would ensure that only the content of the pedagogical means of the proposed model, but not the whole process of its implementation. Therefore, in providing pedagogical model of formation of professional readiness of the teacher-musician to the development of the musical language of the works of the late XX - early XXI century on the basis of the hermeneutic approach are used as auxiliary and additional pedagogical approaches: systemic, technological, competence, personality-oriented, axiological and polyart.
