The model of the optimum-coordinated system of monetary stimulation of machine-building enterprises workers

The article deals with the issues of designing the payment systems at the enterprises of machine building industry taking into account the specific character of production process. The author considers the features of the organization of labor in the machine-building enterprise and defines the key parameters of the system of material incentive. The model of system of material incentive depending on the la-boriousness of the performance of the operations, considering economic interests of the governing body and executing officers is developed.
