Model of Accelerated Higher Education for Secondary Voca- tional Education Graduates

The article developed and theoretically substantiated a model of seamless transition of second-ary vocational education (SVE) graduates to higher education (HE) programs in order to implement accelerated learning. The stages of building the model, the conditions for its implementation, and references to regulatory acts and examples of program comparison are described. The risks of duplicating disciplines are considered, and solutions are proposed within the framework of preliminary development of additional educational programs. The model is a tool for optimizing educational trajectories taking into account the interests of all participants. To ensure long-term effectiveness and widespread implementation of seamless education in practice, it is necessary to adapt it to constantly changing conditions, provide for its use in the current state standards of vocational education, develop standard training programs that clearly define the structure, content and teaching methods in the frame-work of the seamless approach; create a solid legal foundation for the recognition of learning outcomes. Only such an integrated approach will maximize the effectiveness of the model and avoid repeating the mistakes typical of previous reforms.
