Model of technology for training professional teaching staff: theoretical and applied aspect

The modern system of training professional personnel in higher education in the context of digitalization of education requires a detailed study. Scientific and pedagogical personnel are building a model of technology for training teachers whose competencies meet the challenges in today’s realities. The article presents the technology of education of bachelors studying under the bachelor’s program 44.03.05 Pedagogical education (with two training profiles), as well as the tools with which future graduates will be in demand in the labor market focused on the digital economy, namely: hackathons, olympiads, practical training, digital end-to-end educational technologies and educational activities. Approbation of this model is carried out on the basis of Nosov Magnitogorsk state technical university.
