A model of interaction between anticorruption authority and corruption grours

This paper provides a non-linear model of interaction between anticorruption unit and corruption groups. We develop a model based on Markov decision-making process using Howard's policy-improvement algorithm for solving an optimal decision strategy. We provide numerical illustration to demonstrate this method permits us to get representative result.
