Models of the contemporary university cultural and educational environment creation

The article is devoted to creating educational environment in higher education. The author defines the conditions for the creation of modern cultural and educational environment of the institution, the principles, the models. The article analyzes the work of outstanding scientists (L. Vygotsky, J. A. Comenius, A. Makarenko, B. F. Skinner). It is shown that the cultural and educational environment can provide an effective environment for personal growth and professional development of the participants in the educational process.
