The problem of productive interaction with outer and inner environment of a developing higher school in the conditions of their high ambiguity is studied. The problem of modeling the provision of productive interaction with outer and inner environment is viewed within systemsynergy, system-activity and transdisciplinary approaches. Technological practice-oriented model providing productive interaction with outer and inner environment together with the model of professional project competence Bachelor of Management and the model organization structure of teaching/learning management (project based learning) is interpreted as an element of a triple unified total of teaching/learning management model in a developing higher school. The model of the provision of productive interaction with higher school outer and inner environment is defined as a complex system including three elements: module of interactions with employer, module of interactions with the educational institution (at all management levels) and module of interactions with the students.
