Modeling the Process of Organizing Methodological Support for the Formation of Corporate Culture in a Preschool Educational Organization

The relevance of presenting the scientifi c basis for constructing a model of the process of organizing methodological support for the formation of corporate culture in a preschool educational organization is substantiated. The purpose of the article is formulated as a description of the results of the research stage associated with the development of the author’s model. Defi nitions of the main concepts of the study are given (pedagogical modeling, pedagogical model, etc.). The role of the methodological approaches underlying the study is shown: systemic, cultural, activity-based, axiological. The principles of constructing the model are presented: systematicity, purposefulness, taking into account the specifi cs of preschool education, partnership. A description of the structural blocks of the model (target, methodological, technological, eff ective) and the stages of implementation of the technological block is given. It is concluded that the implementation of the model contributes to improving the quality of the educational process and increasing the competitiveness of the preschool educational institution.
