Currently, scientific achievements become a scientific basis for research, in particular for the modernization of existing agricultural machines and design of new ones as well as their control systems. In this case, methods for modeling technological processes of machines and optimizing their parameters are used. The paper considers the issues of managing technological processes and their information and technical support. The authors observes statistical models of machines with idealized conditions from point of view of dynamic and probabilistic models, taking into account the real operating conditions of the machines. The range of agricultural machinery works is very diverse, but it is necessary to take into account natural and climatic conditions. When agricultural machinery operates under real conditions, there are always some non-stationarities due to the specifics of these processes, for example, the physical and mechanical properties of soil and plants, hidden obstacles in the soil, field slopes, and so on. They are very difficult to take into account when modeling technological processes. At the same time, the influence of various factors (random) affects the uneven loading of equipment and energy costs. Thus, there is a need to model the technological processes of agricultural machines and their control systems as dynamic systems, in order to reduce time and costs of research.
