Free access

This article reviews the issue of the formalized representation of the modern social systems and processes. The paper studies the different factors that should be taken into account by the researcher when modeling such objects. They include the change in fundamentals of philosophy, the period of modeling of social systems and many other things. The study shows that the estimation of public dynamics implies an objective approach. Such an approach corresponds to the philosophical analysis of the discussed problem. In this context, the author concludes that social sciences and humanities require the opportunities and methods of the exact sciences. Besides, it is obvious that the philosophical analysis of the modeling bases of social processes is to be connected with additional sociological, economic, political and other researches.
