Optimization of the organizational and information aspects of management activities at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex in modern conditions is advisable to carry out on the basis of its modeling. With the help of economic and mathematical models, it is possible to identify significant factors affecting the control process under study and abstract from the details that are insignificant for its analysis. Without the use of these models in the process of optimizing management activities, there is a high probability of incorrect determination of the important interrelationships of its organizational. The article presents recommendations for the development of management tools at the enterprises of the military-industrial complex, taking into account the peculiarities of its organizational and information aspects.
