The article raises a problem of psychological and educational support needed in the modeling of processes of students' self-determination and self-reference based on cultural patterns. The author defines and gives examples of the principles of selection of an appropriate text in the framework of the original reflexive-referential model of developmental educational environment. The paper discusses the features of hypertext environment built around the main art text.
