Текст научной статьи Modern approach to learning English language
Learning English, which is one of the world's leading languages, has become the second language of communication in the world at present, with 40% of the population. It is encouraging that in our country, a system of foreign language teaching, including a harmonious, educated, up-to-date young generation, and a more integrated system of the country's integration into the international community has been created within the framework of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Education" and the National Program for Personnel Training. Decree of the Government of 10 December 2012 "On Measures to Further Improve the Foreign Language Learning System" created the basis for the popularization of the English language in the population of Uzbekistan. This decision envisages radical reform of the foreign language teaching system at the level of modern requirements.
For a short period of time in our country, the state standards for the continuous education system have been developed and the requirements for graduates of all levels of education have been determined. The standards of the continuous education system of Uzbekistan have been developed based on the requirements of the European Council "European Ethics of Competitiveness: Learning, Evaluation and Assessment" (CEFR). An expert group led by Roth Bolbayto and Davis Alan from the United Kingdom were involved to ensure that the state education standards are wholesome.
In the recent years, there are many ways to teach English in the education technology market, and the question "What method do you teach?" Is more relevant, and the level of intellectual product consumers' growth is increasing. In the current global marketplace, offering a variety of language training courses, many people think that it is time to study and develop their own business, education and business, in many cases, such as "Learning English for Two Weeks", "Efficient Express Method", " language "and other similar short courses. How effective are these teaching methods? Will they give the expected result?
In the recent past, English was primarily focused on grammar. It took a lot of time to memorize the "topicals" and to write a dictator, to read and translate texts, sometimes even unity, and this process required hard work. Today, the main offer in the language market is shaped by the consumer's demand. According to the expert of Linguistics and Foreign Language Teaching Techniques, S.G.TerMinasova, "Foreign language learning, especially English, has become even more relevant today as a result of the functionalization of the language teaching function and the intensification of integration processes. But modern language learners are not interested in the history of the language or its theory. English has become necessary for them to meet their vital needs "(6, pp. 56). At present, English language students are offered a number of methods. One of them is a fundamental method. It requires at least 2-3 years of study, a profound study of grammar. This method basically focuses on the preparation of professional translators and, at the end of the study, students will be able to look at the world with the "native speaker", ie, the eyes of the linguist (carrier). On the basis of it, the language is learned as a real and complete dialogue tool. Now, the fundamental method has not changed its purpose, but many other methods have entered the field with the fundamental method. One of these is the linguopoietic method. This method requires studying the language in a social and cultural environment. His followers condemn the goal of learning "dead" lexical-grammatical forms. According to them, "personality is a product of culture. So the language is also ".
In many cases, learning a language in accord with social life creates many errors. For example, an English-speaking student at one glance may use the grammatically correct quotation The Queen and Each relatives, but the British citizen understands very well that the Royal Family does not.
Do not you want to go? and Would you like to go? The difference between the words is not so great, but for the British, they are different. In most cases, the convention translates English as "What are your concerns?" In English. However, it should be noted that in English, the word "problems" has a negative character and should be translated as "What issues are you interested in?". According to linguists, 52% of these mistakes are directly translated into English by native speakers, and 44% are marked by insufficient language learning capabilities. The most important part of language learning is the correctness of the content of the transmitted information. The linguistic and social method covers two types of communication. This is language and intercultural communication. A university student should not only take top stages in reading, writing and translating in English, but also learn how to look at English at the forefront of public culture. An English teacher should focus on these aspects of language teaching. Another method of teaching a new language is a communicative method that is being used effectively in Europe and the United States today. This method is based on mutual communication, in which it is important to read, write, talk, and understand the text that is the basis of any language training. Of course, in this method, teachers focus on the latter two approaches (understanding and dialogues), and you will not encounter complex vocabulary exercises and serious lexicon in these lessons. The disadvantage of this method is that a student who has a vocabulary in any one field understands the content of the content in the context, but is unable to communicate seriously with the field expert. The aim of this method is primarily to overcome fear of communication. Learn English, effectively using the above mentioned three methods to get a deeper understanding of the language. In our opinion, first you must teach your English to speak English, and in the second step you have to teach them to think in that language. This is a difficult, but impossible process. To do this, the English teacher should enrich the teaching methodology in addition to the standard approach, with various games, comrades, bug fixes, and comparative analysis of texts. Today, it is a 5-step "Headway" created by English designer John and Liz Solarz, textbook. This tutorial covers English, including 120 hours of elementary, pre-Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper-Intermediate, textbooks and audio cassettes for students and teachers. Each lesson in the textbook consists of several chapters. The first one involves the ability to communicate, and the second one is to develop skills. The next is to work on the texts (scan reading, reading for gist, summary reading, etc.), questions and answers, listening and retrieving audio cassette. The peculiarity of the "headway" is that it teaches grammar in two stages: first in the context of the course, then in the student's workbook (self-study and revision). In addition to the textbook to improve pronunciation, there is also a book entitled Headway Pronunciation. In today's severe era, another commonly used method of teaching English is the intensive method. Its foundation is about 25 percent of the clichés, memorizing the basic terms for communication. Of course, a student who chooses this method for learning a language may not be able to read Byron's works primarily, but will be able to interact with interlocutor at the right time. The teacher, who teaches this method, is mainly a weapon of communication. Intensive methods cannot be taught in 2 weeks, but hardworking, self-employed students can easily use the language within 3 months. In short, the teacher chooses not to use the English language method, should be encouraged to help with better nutrition. Then any method will yield its effect.
