Learning English, which is one of the world's leading languages, has become the second language of communication in the world at present, with 40% of the population. This decision envisages radical reform of the foreign language teaching system at the level of modern requirements.

For a short period of time in our country, the state standards for the continuous education system have been developed and the requirements for graduates of all levels of education have been determined. The standards of the continuous education system of Uzbekistan have been developed based on the requirements of the European Council "European Ethics of Competitiveness: Learning, Evaluation and Assessment" (CEFR).
