Development of science and modern technologies is one of the priorities for the implementation of socio-economic development of the Republic of Uzbekistan. It is necessary to form an economic system that can produce competitive products that make extensive use of scientific advances. In order to fulfill this responsible task perfectly, great attention is paid to the rapid development of national science and the system of personnel training.

The centuries-old experience of human history has shown that no society without good ideas and sound ideology can go far. Therefore, due to independence, our country has set such noble goals as building a free and prosperous homeland, a free and prosperous life, becoming one of the developed countries, building a democratic society.

In the current so-called Digital Age, one of the priorities is to reform and improve the education system of our country. This requires highly qualified specialists to update the textbooks in the relevant disciplines, taking into account the requirements of modern times and the latest achievements of science, the introduction of innovation and educational technologies in the educational process.

It is well known that information is an integral part of modern life today. The main task of sorting is to sort this information according to several parameters based on the needs of the user, to make it possible to use the information quickly and efficiently. It is known that the application of innovations and advanced foreign experience in the teaching of any subject is one of the most pressing issues today. In practice today, there are differences between the words innovation and innovation. Innovation is the latest achievement, knowledge, methods in this science. These achievements, knowledge, methods become innovation with practical application.

It is no secret that the teaching methods of the classical method today are spiritual. Because today one of the main issues is to increase the effectiveness of education through the introduction of innovative, interactive, pedagogical, case technologies in specialized disciplines. Developmental goal: creative application of acquired knowledge and skills, independent work, development of skills. When applying the strategy in the training, it is necessary to pay attention to the following:

  • -    Encourage students to think broadly about the problem, to get them to express logical ideas.

  • -    The ideas expressed by each student are encouraged, the most appropriate ones are selected from the opinions expressed, and the encouragement of ideas leads to the emergence of the next new ideas.

  • -    Each pupil (student) can base his / her own opinions on and change them, and the generalization, categorization or modification of previously expressed ideas paves the way for the formation of scientifically based opinions.

  • -    Monitoring of students' activities in the classroom on the basis of standard requirements, evaluation of their opinions is not allowed (zero, if the opinions are evaluated, students focus on the protection of personal opinions, as a result new ideas are not put forward, the main purpose of the method) to refrain from evaluating them, keeping in mind that it encourages students to think broadly about the problem).

Among the modern innovative directions of development of pedagogical education it is possible to distinguish private innovative theory, developments in the field of personal (private) direction of education, organizational-structural model of education, development of multi-level system of education. One of the most pressing issues at the heart of the ongoing reforms in the country is the education of the younger generation, especially to ensure that they have access to the most modern equipment and technologies. Therefore, the role and importance of modern teaching methods - interactive methods, innovative technologies in the educational process of educational institutions is incomparable. Knowledge and experience of pedagogical technology and their application in education ensure that students have knowledgeable and mature skills.

The concept of personally directed education is based on a cultural-historical and active approach, and today the work of our own Uzbek scholars is of particular importance. One of the leading ideas of this concept is to understand the role and place of subject preparation in pedagogical education, the main focus is on teaching the subject as a means of developing students with the acquisition of subjects.

Another idea of this concept is related to the design of forms of learning, in which the learning process is considered as a single process (private learning activity) in which the comprehension of the material and research work are formed as a personal pedagogical position of the future teacher. The main requirements of this approach are in the following sequence: the individual is the main wealth for himself and for others, and education is a process aimed at changing the individual, which is oriented as a holistic pedagogical process in higher education. The main result of such training is not the acquired knowledge, skills and abilities, but the ability to grow a person, empathic relationships and high social activity aimed at personal effectiveness. In order to realize the future of life, a person consciously re-establishes his activity little by little, and for this he uses the opportunities of the educational process. In particular, this process is the period of student age, the period of adolescence is an important stage period for the establishment of this process. The next idea of this concept is related to the development of pedagogical subjectivity: the student shoots through the position of organizer, learner, teacher.

From time immemorial, the value of knowledge has been high. Knowledge is property. This is the main way of civilization. That is why we say that the 21st century we live in is based on the vital fact that intellectual values, high knowledge and potential are required, and these values are a priority.

In conclusion, we must strive to raise our children to be breadwinners, to improve their lives and, as the President said, to bring up young people who think, innovate, have modern knowledge, are competitive, wise and young.
