Currently, one of the topical issues of pediatric orthopedics is treatment and, to a greater degree, the development of relapses of congenital clubfoot. The authors, in order to prevent the development of relapses of surgical and conservative treatment of congenital clubfoot, offer a comprehensive treatment with the use of functional, correcting, drug and surgical treatment methods.
