Modernization potential of the contemporary political elite in Russia

Basing upon discursive approach the authors analyze the modernization potential of the modern political elite in Russia. The undertaken research draws a conclusion that the improvement of the public administration's efficiency, anti-corruption measures, and ensuring of social justice may become the main idea setting a model of modernization in Russia.
