A modular program for the employees of municipal methodological centers to develop their readiness for professional communication

The need for constant interaction with people is a characteristic feature for the professional activity in the “human - human” sphere. The employees of methodological centers have regular interaction with people of different status, age and sex, and they should use various forms and methods of professional communication. To develop the employees’ readiness for professional communication the author offers to use a modular educational program. The aim of the article is to describe a modular educational program “Development of readiness for professional communication for the employees of municipal methodological centers”. To achieve this goal the methods of analysis of theoretical and practical prerequisites for the development of readiness for professional communication and the analysis of the techniques used to teach adults were used. As a result a detailed description of the modular educational program is given. Scientific novelty of the article is a detailed representation of a modular educational program to develop readiness for professional communication of the employees of municipal training centers. The practical significance of the results is the potential of their application for the development of professional communication personnel of municipal methodological centers.
