A sweet concentrated milk product

Samples of a concentrated dairy product with sugar were developed. Carob syrup was used in the recipe of the product. Physico- chemical parameters were studied in the developed product samples. It is established that the product is in accordance with similar quality indicators of traditional condensed milk canned food with sugar.
