Youth public associations as a factor of young people's professional self-determination

The article considers professional social work focusing on young people as a socio-demographic group which has certain characteristics (psychological, social and economic) due to various factors. For the purposes of this article the authors used professional guidance. Nowadays professional self-determination of youth is an urgent problem of the state youth policy. Its solution affects the well-being of all social and economic spheres of society. In the realities of modern life, young people often have difficulties while self-determination, choosing the direction of vocational training, the first and next employment. These difficulties are caused by a number of social and economic challenges in the development of Russian society. As a consequence, new graduates often refuse to work for the development of the profession.
