The young years of hieromonk Antony (Khrapovitsky) in the correspondence of K. N. Leontiev and S. A. Rachinsky with their disciples

The article contains epistolary reviews from disciples of K. N. Leontiev and S. A. Rachinsky about Anthony (Khrapovitsky), which date back to the time when he was a hieromonk and inspector of the St. Petersburg Theological Academy. Most of these letters were never published or quoted, or were published by the author of the article. The appendix contains a letter from Father Anthony to Rachinsky. The material presented in the study significantly expands the understanding of the young theologian’s social circle. One of the letters conveys a detailed retelling of an unknown speech of the future metropolitan.
