Monitoring of regional scientific and technical policy

Brief description of inter-relations between federal and regional power bodies in formation and implementation of scientific and technical policy is given. Methods for carrying out monitoring of scientific and technical policy in federative constituent entities and survey of its results in some regions are presented. Range of approaches of regional administrations towards usage of scientific and technical potential is demonstrated.
