Monitoring research of satisfaction with the quality of educational activities in the system of pedagogical advanced training

The article considers the possibilities of monitoring the quality of educational activities in the institution of postgraduate pedagogical education. The authors describe the procedure and results of the study of students’ satisfaction with educational activities and the conditions of its organization at the Department of Additional Education of UlSPU named after I.N. Ulyanov. Based on the conducted research, the authors draw a conclusion about the role of monitoring in managing the quality of education in the system of professional development of pedagogical personnel.
