The article delves into the interactive possibilities of innovative learning technologies that allow to ensure the formation of communicative competence of foreign cadets of military universities of the Russian Federation. In addition, the work gives the justification of multilingual representation of learning systems and outlines the options for their application in preparation for lectures and laboratory works. The research describes the levels of interactivity and key characteristics of innovative learning technologies that ensure the realization of the Concept of development of electronic information and educational environment of military higher education institution, approved in 2020. The fragment of the multilingual interactive learning system presented in the article is designed for the military personnel of the CSTO countries and can be implemented in the process of conducting joint classes with this category of people. Such a system can serve as a component of the electronic information and educational environment and be used in the process of independent training of foreign military personnel.
