Music pedagogy as a methodology and a technique of formation of musical culture

In article the practical researches of scientists directed on development of musical culture, musical pedagogic, as in Russia, and abroad are considered. In given article various techniques of the organization and formation of musical culture of children, teenagers and youth are presented. The author of the publication considers problems which teachers have during the course of musical lessons, features and specificity of musical perception, and also the forms of familiarizing with musical art reveal.
