Introduction of musical art to contemporary high school students takes place in a very busy environment. Perceptibility of children is changing, since they live in the world of technological symbols and signs, in the world of e-culture. A teacher should be a master of modern techniques and new educational technologies to communicate with children in one language. One of the techniques is now the integration of media education in the work of music teachers. To teach a student to navigate the "e-environment", to acquire the skills of reading, processing and analysing information obtained from different sources, to comprehend it critically is one of the most important tasks of the modern school. The article presents the results of music training in the educational institution on the basis of computer music technologies application.
