Совершенствование скрининга рака молочной железы (РМЖ) путем внедрения цифровой маммографии повысило обнаружение начальных форм опухоли, на стадии in situ, до 25% случаев от всех выявляемых РМЖ. Это привело к хирургическому или комбинированному лечению в 98% случаев, хотя риск прогрессирования в инвазивный рак наблюдался лишь у 50-75% больных. В этой связи поиск маркеров прогноза и степень радикализма лечения для таких пациенток - сегодня самые обсуждаемые вопросы клинических дискуссий. Предлагаем наш взгляд на проблему начальных раков молочной железы и выработку оптимального подхода в лечении.
