The national model of legal regulation of traditions, celebrations and rituals in the Republic of Tajikistan

The article is devoted to the analysis of solving a complex social problem in a state that is confidently moving towards strengthening national sovereignty and achieving an appropriate level and quality of observance by citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan of specific ritual actions, embodied in the form of maintaining Tajik traditions, celebrations and rituals. When considering the mentioned subject field, the author focuses on the expediency of transferring the order of observance of traditions, as well as celebrations and rituals exclusively within the framework of the legal field.
