National wealth: Russian Federation - United States of America

When considering the concept of “national wealth”, it becomes clear in the scientific literature, when studying the structure and evaluating its size, two meanings put into one concept. For the concept of a potentially possible national status, it would be advisable to use the “national heritage”, and this part is involved in national production and used for the welfare of the population. This is for the welfare of the population “national wealth”. Moreover, the assessment of the size of the dual state of national wealth significantly differs in each of these statements. Until 2017, Rosstat did not derive a quantitative indicator of national wealth; its individual elements were calculated using the 1993 system of national accounts (SNA) and 2008 SNA. The first attempts to calculate its magnitude led to the fact that not all elements of the semantic concept lend themselves to calculations as human capital now.
