National anti-corruption body: characteristics of public-legal nature

The National Anti-Corruption Body is a fundamental and comprehensive legal institution. The correlation of the various branches of law that influence legal institutions of this nature plays a critically important role in deciding on the order of establishment, functioning and consolidation of their powers. The subject of the study is the public-legal nature of the national anti-corruption body. The purpose of the study is to systematize the theoretical provisions of legal science on the legal nature of the national anti-corruption body and its characteristic features. The methodological basis of the research is the methods of system analysis and synthesis used in the study to sublimate specific theoretical positions and their subsequent systematization. The comparative legal method is used as an auxiliary research method, which contributes to the fundamental understanding of theoretical provisions. The conclusion is made about the relevance of the doctrinal provisions on national anti-corruption bodies to various areas of legal knowledge. The results of the study can be used in the process of developing and improving administrative and anti-corruption legislation, and are also of interest for public law research.
