The author has taken pine needles, therapeutic properties of which is known since ancient times. It was established that buttermilk being a by-product left after butter manufacture and being inoculated with five or ten per cent aqueous pine needles extract helps producing a product having acceptable organoleptic properties. The author gives the beverage manufacture process parameters on the basis of buttermilk with pine needles extract.
