Microcirculation disturbances in patients with chronic venous insufficiency of the lower limbs complicated by trophic ultrasons and method for its correction

Resume: The results of examination and treatment of 126 patients with chronic venous insufficiency of the lower extremities complicated by trophic ulcers are presented. In patients with chronic venous insufficiency of the lower extremities, there are significant violations of microhemo-lymphocirculation in the extremity in the form of venous and lymphostasis. The inclusion of lymphotropic therapy in traditional treatment quickly restores microcirculation, the timing of the clearing, granulation and epithelialization of trophic ulcers.
