Mentoring as a form to realize indiovidual routes in training future physical culture teachers

This article is devoted to the description of the study of mentoring forms in the process of implementing individual training routes for physical education teachers. This article describes the individual educational routes «Cognitive competence», «Future Teacher»,«Physical culture and sports self-improvement» developed by the author’s team of the Transdisciplinary Laboratory of Educational Resources in the field of physical culture and sports, for the implementation of which mentoring, coaching and tutoring as forms of mentoring were used. In the empirical part, when measuring the parameters characterizing the effectiveness of mentoring forms in the process of implementing individual educational routes, the main research method was the content analysis of the essay «Mentoring in the process of studying at a university», which revealed differences in subjective ideas about the forms of mentoring before and after the implementation of individual educational routes.
