The article represents itself as theoretical analysis such categories as professional risk of leaders of educational organization in the atmosphere of modernization of education, integrated value of modernizational risk. The purpose of this paper is representation of scientific methodical basis of value of professional risk of leaders of educational establishments in the atmosphere of modernizational changes, which suppose not only technological reforms.
