The effective formation of inclusive competencies of teachers of educational institutions directly depends on the organization of the communication with the Institute of Educational Development in the direction of scientific and methodological interaction. As the practice and conducted analysis of the literature shows, scientific and methodological interaction consists, as a rule, in holding individual seminars and conferences, as well as reviewing scientific and methodological developments of teachers, which are implemented on request and do not add up to a full-fledged scientific and methodological cooperation of the two institutions. Most authors believe that the formation of inclusive competencies among teachers is possible only when understanding and combining the work experience, intellectual resources of specialists of the university and the institute for the development of education, creating a system of regular polyprofessional scientific and methodological interaction. The article analyzes the experience of interaction between the Department of Preschool and Correctional Pedagogy and Psychology of the Amur Humanitarian and Pedagogical State University and the Khabarovsk Territory. It also presents the main results of scientific and methodological interaction in the formation of teachers' inclusive competencies.
