Modern professional online education actively integrates advances in neuroscience, leading to the emergence of a new pedagogical role: that of the teacher-neurotrainer. This specialist, using brain data to improve learning effectiveness, combines the competencies of a teacher, neuropsychologist, and digital methodologist. This article attempts to identify the specifi c subject and object of the neurotrainer’s work, expanding on traditional object-based approaches in traditional professional education. The concept of a person as an object in professional online learning must be expanded to encompass a neuro-bio-digital object, where the human digital brain is also the object of the neurotrainer’s work, as the digital brain, or digital component of a person’s personality, has become an integral part of human life and work in the digital environment. The neurotrainer’s work focuses on a system of methods, forms, models, and technologies for training and preparing the brain’s natural neural networks for professional activity in a real-world digital environment. In our research and this article, we aim not to transform existing methods and forms of professional training, education, and development in a new neurobiological framework, but to identify the fundamentally new elements that neurobiological and neurotechnological approaches can provide in professional online education. This article examines two basic functions of a neurotrainer, which are essential for developing a working pedagogical model for the work of a neurotrainer te acher in the professional online education system. To experimentally test the basic functions of a neurotrainer, we conducted a pilot experiment. The Training and Research Center “NeuroEtalon” and Resource Management Center “NOUS” served as the base for the experiment.
