Some aspects of the formation of the bachelor’s programme group (based on the example of the department of economics and administration of SSAU)

In the article are analyzed Some urgent aspects of the formation of the Bachelor’s Programme group of the Samara State Aerospace University according to the training of « Economics and Administration», connected with the new approach to the development of society as a whole, and also with the changes in the system of higher education in Russia. The quality problem of students training is directly connected with the level of undergraduates training. In connection with it, the factors that influence the formation of a group in all branches of training are stated: «Economy», «Management» and «Business Informatics», their positive and negative tendencies. The continuous sample of the future baccalaureates is processed (more than 400people) at the department of «Economics and Administration» within four years of training. The answers to three basic questions were obtained in the process of experiment: the dynamics of the educational level of undergraduates, territorial belonging of trainees both of different regions of Russia near and far abroad and a change in the number of undergraduates from the regions of administrative center. Dynamics of the average mark of those entered the department and their territorial belonging within 2012 - 2015 is represented. It is discovered that the tendency of school graduates entering the University in their own regions predominates. Moreover, almost a half lives in the administrative center that it does not correspond to the strategic purposes of the University. The carried out analysis showed that the dynamics and reasons for entering vary even by the city districts. It is marked that the branches «Economy» and «Management» lose their popularity.The branch of « Business Informatics» training is getting more and more popular. The ways of expanding the market of selection for undergraduates, increasing of their educational level and expansion of territorial belonging are formulated.
