Some aspects of motivation legal behavior

The article discusses the motivation legal behavior on the background of the humanization of the law, and democratization of mechanisms for its implementation. Based on the position of legal personalantispy, there is a need to address the problems of the dialectical relation of personal, public, public motivation legal behavior at the level of the state and society. Modern democratic state does not claim the original genetic imperative and a legal monopoly, and hence on the dominant in the legal space is actually motivational state law enforcement resources. It expresses the most versatile and the most important values, goals, and functions. Structure, authorities, officials of the Executive power of the state is motivated as a systematic, comprehensive, legislative activities, and law enforcement, which is quite effective management decision-making, implementation of management functions. Only the combination of personal, public, public needs, interests, the existence of legal mechanisms for their coordination ensures sustainable development of society.
